The roast came from the top round area. Thought it had to do with a potential gland but most glands are between the muscle groups. It was wrapped in cling wrap and then freezer paper so don't think that was an issue. Like I said, the part I tried didn't taste bad, just never saw anything like it. That is even dealing with round worms and bot fly larva in caribou that I got in AK. |
