bobcat question

looked in regs and couldnt find anything regarding this.
we've had a bobcat roaming the neighborhood lately, and to my surprise it hadn't made its way into our backyard where our chicken coop is.
low and behold, this morning i heard the chickens losing their minds, ran out back to see it trying to get into the coop.
what are the actuals laws around trapping etc with animals caught in the act of depredation? note, i do live inside of 'city limits'

thats what i was figuring.
i'd be fine cage trapping and driving it off a bit.  im not asking here if i can shoot it in my backyard or anything.  the thing about these chickens is my wife loves them and i don't want to deal with one or all of them being killed....also her office window overlooks the yard so i don't want to deal with that trauma either

It can't leave your property without a trapping license. Choking it out is the only option.

I'll use a catch pull. lol Then comes the problem of sealing or destroying the pelt. Not sure what the law is there? Can't sell it or tan it without a license?

Have you considered trapping it and letting it loose in Jay Inslee’s car? Maybe put a castrating band around his bobcat tid bits just to make sure he’s good and pissed off when you let him loose?

take the test online and get a trappers license. $42. Problem solved.  We have serious beaver problems at our place on the wenatchee River. Been reading alot about trapping and got my first beaver yesterday!!! Had a huge 1 last week but he absolutely destroyed my cage and got out.

2. transfer the cat to a square cage with a hinged top.
3. place the square cage with the top unsecured in a box marked Amazon.com.
4. leave it out at the edge of your fence gate in open view with a big flapping plastic bag half covering it.
5. watch as someone steals your package.
6. watch the story on your local news station.
