In my opinion h1000 isn’t very compatible with the 223 cartridge. Are you willing to sell some h1000? Please use caution.

I run a few different bullets in my 223's but all use the same powder. H335 seems like all my guns like it in the reloads. It’s not the most sought after and a guy can usually find it pretty easy. Not with current times but still probably one of the last ones on the shelf when powder go's out.

Hodgdon 335, Varget, BLc-2 and CFE223 have all proven to work as good reliable powders for the 223.  I settled in on H335 awhile ago and it works great across four rifles.  Not sure H1000 is a good powder for the little 223.

I'm using 26 gr of Varget with 55 gr bullets. My Varget is running out so I will likely go back to AA 2230 which I have and like.

For the lighter bullets in 223's I've always liked Benchmark.  It flows light water through a powder measurer and it's pretty temp stable.  Also, I kinda went overboard on the stuff a few years ago and I seem to have ended up with a whole shelf of it.

I don't imagine you're going to find any load for a 223 using H1000 and considering it's one of those powders in very high demand I wouldn't waste any of it trying to develop a load with it.

There's a ton of different powders that work very well for those bullet weights in a 223.  TAC, H335, H332, Win748, 8208, Benchmark, RL10, N133, N135 and that's just a few I can think of off the top of my head the list of what'll work well is extensive.

I shoot mostly 50 gr v-max bullets from my CZ-223 with 1 in 12 (i think) twist.

My favorite loads were: 26.0 gr Varget, or 25.0-25.2 gr of H335.

You should use different size & types of bullets and powder for your 223. I picked up a old Remington 788 in 223 from a fellow HuntWA. mamber for my nine year old grandson to shoot. I loaded up.some soft points for it

I bought 55 grain flat base and 60 grain flat base hornady bullets and tried three different powders.
The best combo was the 55 grain Hornady soft points with IMR 4198.
I did five shot ladder loads in a all three powders and used a rifle rest to shot from.
I'd have look at my index cards to give the load combo, but your gun will.have it's own combo that it likes.

I love doing load developements in rifles.
