Not a fan of goat meat. Was told I was eating lamb. It was really tough and didn’t care for it. I was told after the fact it was goat. I can cross goat off the list!!! |

I always thought it was like a gamey pork chop, even when cooked over good hardwood. Not terrible, but not something I'd go out of my way for. |
