Just got this listed today. Borders State land where I have seen elk in the past. Bumpy private gated access road going up to the ridge top property. here is the listing info:

Top of the World 40 Acres. Lake Roosevelt and Huckleberry Mountains expansive views. Secluded parcels---2-20 acre parcels--- border State Land.Power is on the property. Although the access road is steep in places , there are two year round residents that keep the road open. Private easement road that has a locked gate where it enters the County Road. Hunting paradise. All this and just 1.70 miles from the town of Hunters and another 2 miles to the boat launch on Lake Roosevelt.
