Found this for a ice sled.

https://spokane.craigslist.org/atq/d/athol-unique-recovery-sled-with-gurny/7574873563.html

should withstand being drug behind a snowmobile.
If I get that would you get in it?  I could tow you around the lake at warp 5
I seen that one earlier this year… I was tempted.
$5 is a lot of money if you ain't got it

You need a hitch on your snowmobile, I have this same hitch on a 2007 and a 2019 yamaha phazer that also have a round rear bumper, they work good pulling a box full of hounds, should work good for your snowmobile and sled:

The bumper tube is over 1 inch

I think it’s 1.25 I don’t remember exactly but that hitch won’t fit

I did contact van amburg for options (they made my rear tunnel extension and bumper)

they didn’t have anything but did have some ideas, haven’t got a call back from the guy with the ideas lol

I got a few guys that can weld aluminum I’ve got some ideas for a really nice strong hitch

I seen that one, was just a little hesitant to drill holes in my aluminum bumper/wheelie bar.

I think we’re going to hit one more lake and probably call it a season. Getting a guide set up for the big upper Columbia in a couple of weeks to get the lay of the land before attempting to take our boat out in it. I’m gonna be a full time river rat all summer.

I was at Banks 2 weeks ago.  I saw at least 10 people out on the ice at Coulee Playland fishing all day long.  the next day (and I mean the very next day) the spot they were fishing on was 80% open water.  By the 2nd day it was 100% open in the area they were fishing on.  Temps were around freezing at night and in the upper 40's during the day.

I am not an ice fisherman, or an expert on Ice at all but it seems like that was pretty thin ice they were boring holes into to fish if it all was gone in 24-36 hours absent a heat wave.

:yike:
The ice is melting for sure. I was at a lake 2 weeks ago it had 12” and went back just this last Sunday and it was barely 8”. Sad to see it go.

Upper, as in northport to Canada?
I wanted to focus around China Bend up past Northport into Dead Mans Eddy area since that’s our back yard. The guide was thinking we would take off out of Kettle and go all the way up which is cool too. We’ll see what he says.
