460 gross from reliable source. Hopefully the full story comes out but this bull was beyond well deserved. Hunter is from Eastern oregon and the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Him and his brothers get after it Hunting and shed hunting. Them and a couple other shed crazy locals camp out on this bull every spring. I believe this last year the hunter and his brothers ended up with both sheds off this bull.  The three brothers all chipped in on the raffle this year and one of them drew it. I know they put in a TON of time only hunting this bull. They passed up some giants (360-370) along the way.  Some people, including the local guide who had some of his sheds suspected he might not be alive anymore. Well here he is.  Unreal!

For the non facebook insta guys, where's these snowshoe pack out and other pics. Or where's the links to the pics

Haven’t seen any posted on social media anywhere and I guess they killed him on Tuesday. I got pics from a Blues local and don’t have the ok to post them so I’ll respect that.

Congrats to the SE Raffle guys on killing an old giant warrior of a bull, sadly maybe the last of his kind from the Blues.. Yes he was on the hit list of every gov tag and raffle guy the last several years but it took some hard core dudes and will power to hold out for a specific bull to finally put him down and I congratulate them.! Gov tag was punched on a 417 typical back in September knowing this bull likely was alive but who's going to pass a giant typical :dunno: Two giant Washington bulls killed this year and still two weeks to go with a few raffle tags out there..

This bull is tremendous! I had heard tale of this bull from riders and my wife's family along with a few other big boys but who knows what fell to the natives and what has never been posted. As nwhunter stated, this could be the last big bull seen in the Blues for a long while. Unless some serious changes take place. Great job on the hunters for sticking with it and getting it done! Like I said on another thread, I had a couple buddies who drew a Watershed tag and they gave up the day after it snowed a few feet. I don't know what to say about that honestly. Perseverance is everything! These guys just proved that!

Hunting that country, in these conditions is no joke. Hard-core for sure! Congrats to the max.

Wow. Would love to read the story on this guy, including the background. Can't imagine the work and prepwork that went into finding him and eventually, putting him in the freezer. Gives me hope that big guys like this still exist.
