Margaret traveled from Washington to Idaho for the cow elk hunt and will be returning home with full coolers! This lady dropped this cow at 592 yards with her custom 28 Nosler, I wished all the guys could shoot so well!

Mark and his wife traveled from Pennsylvania to Idaho for his first elk hunt, he made a great shot and will be driving home a little heavier than the trip out.

The buck sat like that for almost 6 hours, finally after waiting so long it was decided to shoot rather than risk making him run, the first shot didn’t do anything to him, second shot sealed the deal.

I think it is just high and left of center.  They really blend into that sage!

Jerry and Colter both from Washington, tagged whitetail does on a recent meat hunt on our Montana properties.

In Idaho we missed a cow elk yesterday but Logan from California noticed his deer tag on the first morning of his hunt with guide Zach, good going boys!

Check out the bark on his bases, he was rutting hard!

Meanwhile Colter decided he wanted to do a fall turkey hunt before leaving Montana, he and guide Derick got it done first thing the next morning, that's most excellent gentlemen!
