Leasing hunt land snohomish county

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any farmer or land owner in snohomish County that allows you to lease land from them so that you can waterfowl hunt on? My friends and I are willing to negotiate a price as well as keep the property as clean as if we weren't there. Any information would be great.

I will pay $1 more than Mr. Burrito for any waterfowl lease in snohomosh county not already leased by folks terrified of being outbid and losing their hunting grounds.

It's a cut throat business in Snohomish, Monroe, Duvall and Carnation for duck hunting.  Starting to see more and more legal lease contracts, just so they don't get bid out by the next guy willing to pay more.  Also seeing more 5 & 10 year lease options.
