was sent a leupold red dot for a friend and i find its function is not user friendly.. i run venom and fastfire 3 on my stuff... what are you using and why?

I have the Leopold freedom RDS. Pretty simple to use, just press the button. I like using it because of the 1 MOA dot. Seeing  that dot is way easier than lining up sights or looking for the bead.  I have a buddy that has the a vortex prism red dot. The cool thing about his is if the red dot goes out for any reason you still have the prism dot.
There are only so many sunrises left.

I've had the Burris Fastfire 3 for five seasons. It's been solid but has lost zero before. Probably not the issue in this video (I just missed), but here it is in action. Skip to 3:20 or so for the rodeo. I've shot a couple fall hens with it as well, no issues.

Great for shootin em out of the air I guess!

I’ve used an aimpoint micro on my turkey gun for the past 10 years. Durable, reliable.
