| Pork belly burnt ends |

Got a pork belly at Costco for $3.99/lb. Chunked off a piece and cut into 1.5" cubes. Seasond with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder , paprika and brown sugar. Put on smoker at 325 for 75 minutes. Put them in a pan with butter and sweet/zesty bbq sauce for another 75 mins. Fat rendered out perfectly. My only problem now is figuring out how to just cook for just wife and I.turned out really good |

This inspires me to run my smoker for two days next time I fire it up, Day 1......pork belly.......Day 2, pork butt. |
