| Pork belly burnt ends |

One of my favorite things to make in my smoker is Pork Belly burnt ends. I usually do half the belly as burnt ends and the other half whole so i can slice it, fry it, and make BLT's with it. I saw someone do burnt ends from a chuck roast so I might try that next time along with pork belly. |
