Pork belly burnt ends

One of my favorite things to make in my smoker is Pork Belly burnt ends. I usually do half the belly as burnt ends and the other half whole so i can slice it, fry it, and make BLT's with it. I saw someone do burnt ends from a chuck roast so I might try that next time along with pork belly.

We have been using a lot more pork belly around the house. Going to have to give this a try for sure!
