My work gives us a turkey so I did a spatchcock turkey and put garlic herb butter under the skin

I always try to do something from the field and that’s about all I’ve got. 

It’s just the two of us.

Brought a half dozen back my last trip.  Gave four to friends and this is the second of the two I kept.
