Just a video of how I do it. Not professional videographers so take it for what it is  :chuckle:

A couple of my kids are really appreciating your instruction, 3nails! Thank you!

I've got one on the peninsula trying to locate a bobby, and one in Yakima who has done well with otter/beaver. He's still figuring out muskrat, and doesn't have time to go for cats. But they both know and appreciate you (and your handle!)

Which traps are you using and what size are they? I've never trapped before but its always intrigued me and after watching this video I'm doing it next season.
36"x10"x20" is my favorite size. Camtrips are fantastic. Briarpatch are real nice too.

Not sure if I should post this on here or on the gonna need a bigger trap thread. Had this guy trip one of mine. Definitely doesn’t look underfed, but was still interested in the beaver meat.

Have you ever baited with Nutria? I caught a beaver Sunday and a Nutria yesterday  I believe there’s a lot more nutria where that came from even though they aren’t my target if they make good bait I might start targeting them.
