Early hunt 510 & 513 unit?

I see the Packwood is open for the early hunt (deer). One good thing is you can hunt either side of Hwy 12. Seems far enough out where maybe the crowd isn't. Might be easier than driving over to Aberdeen to hunt those units. Anyone got any advise?

edit to add: I know there are big Elk numbers in there, is it worth hunting deer?

try the skok unit there are deer in packwood but have to work hard for em
