1. 171 3/8 Chelan County 1994

Am I reading that right? The state record is only 171 3/8? If that is correct then this pig isn't going to shrink 30" and its a new record. They thought it was somewhere around 197+.

I don't think those numbers are right, unless my memory has gone to crap.  Ok it has gone to crap because I can't remember what mine scores.  I was thinking 178 3/8.  He grossed 193.  and I was like 3rd for a long time.

The typical record was 189" net for years.  In '01 or '02 a 202" net buck was arrowed in Franklin.

i don't think i would ever rely on anything that the nw big game record book says mainly because i don't think enough people enter into it.
that is, however,  a copy and paste directly from the site.

I think you are right JJ.  Its right at or above the 200 inch mark.  A muzzel buck and an archery buck were both hammered there at about the same time, or back to back archery bucks maybe even.

You are right Bone, two big typicals.  Both top 5 all time for respective weapons.  One archery, one muzzy!  Pretty cool!  We also have the #3 all time typical for any weapon - old timer out of Chelan.  HOG 218" and change net!

IF YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO POST IT THEN DON'T
out of respect for the hunter.
 :twocents:
some people don't want their face pasted all over the WWW.

Isnt that why God invented PhotoShop??  :chuckle: Dont care about seeing the hunter's mug shot, just the goods!!  ;)
