My blues trip
« on: November 09, 2009, 06:20:53 PM »
To make a long story short. Seeing game was not as easy as years past but besides the fact that I was sick the whole trip I still got my elk. Not a big bull so I am not going to write a long story,

Big enough.  Nice spike.

Good job.  I was sick for my Elk hunt as well, down in the blues.  Oh well, when its time to hunt, ya go.  Once again congrats, they are all trophys.

Mark, don't discount that bull, man!  That is a beautiful animal that thousands of men such as myself would love to engage.

I was not trying to snap at you duck.  Sorry if it came across that way.
I was just trying to say i got sick while I was in the woods. If I was sick before season i probably would not of went. I have now missed work for a two weeks. One was paid vacation the week I have been sick has been unpaid. Oh well I have meat to make up for the lost money :chuckle:
