Rufus woods.
« on: February 13, 2010, 05:48:31 PM »
Well its the time of year wehre its hit and miss for certain days, times, places, baits. We are contemplating heading up tomorow and the reason for "contemplating" is we have made so many trips up there over a dozen and its just real slim. we've pulled a real nice 13 lber this winter and smaller ones, well getting greedy on size and so ill call them decent. Anyone else been up there? need to get some info. too see if its going to be worth the trip.

Hows the water temp been?

i heard a rumor that more fish excaped from the pens? can anyone confirm iT? thanks.

Check out washingtonlakes.com. There are a lot of reports on RW. A good all around site, much like this one.

Went down last sunday and fished the pens down from the boat launch and fished buy the boat launch too. We caught 4 and lost 3 more. They were 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 pounds and lost one about 10lbs.Talked to a net pen lady and she said they just let go 3100 triplods.Good luck :fishin:
