They were found at least a few years ago by two different guys at two different times.

I don't think so.  Main not turned on the one and the eyeguard configuration should be similiar.  One sure looks familiar though. ;)

So before any one votes "Yes" and embarasses themself... These bucks are not the same nor are they related. The smaller one was found in Thurston county as a set (3x4). I do not know where the other came from though I do know who found it. If he wants, he can tell where.
