I confronted that guy once and it didn't work out too well for me.  I grabbed him and told him I was gonna give him a knuckle sandwich and BAAAMMM!!!!! Double knuckle sandwiches right in my face!  Never pick a fight with the "BEAR".  He did give me a hug afterwards though so I forgave him.

Yeah, write him a ticket for no helmet either! This isn't Idaho!! Watch out, my kid had that same quad for about a month before I stepped him up to a Honda XR50 when he was 2 1/2.
