You could get a wall or baseboard heater with a thermostat and mess with set points some to see what temp you might need.
BB, is right on get a small heater with  a thermostat and set it for 50-55.  :twocents:

I would paint the concrete with a garage floor paint. That will help.

I've had my reloading press set up in my detached garage for six years. No heat, concrete floor, no rust. I do keep my primers and powder in the house, but everything else is in the garage.

I did do a lot of work in the room with the press in their through the winter with the door open and a diesel torpedo heater running for heat. Most likely why it rusted the press.i also keep powder and primer in the house in sealed dry fire boxes.

How is the soil around your home? If it is moist you will get moisture seeping in. A frend had a house right next to a swampn on the driest summer day you needed rubber boots in you walked 10 fee from his back door..

OH HMA,

Those diesel heaters put out a lot of moisture and is probably  what did you in.

In my reloading room ( which is detatched, insulated with a concrete floor ) I have a small electric wall heater and I also have one of those RV dehu's which works pretty well.

Good luck
The mountains are calling and I must go

You need some airflow and convection is the easiest way to get it.
A small baseboard heater or even a high-wattage lightbulb mounted low to the floor.
Just like the Goldenrod in your gunsafe.
