i normally cut all mine up myself, and do my own trimming. but having no grinder, i dont get any hamburg. i do lots of chunks for frying. before i killed my first elk, i swore that if i ever killed one, i would donate some to a mens shelter that let me clean up clothes, shower up and eat and relay phone calls for me to get a job. i finally did and it was awesome taking a hind to them, ready to go. |

I butcher all my own meat. I have commercial grinder and we do it all,sasauge,hamburger,steaks,roasts and my favorite,Bacon burger paties. :drool: |
