I buy a good store brand and add season to my taste.
I found a decent sauce recipe online but the dough is the tricky part for me. Tried twice and it just didnt turn out right.
Simple is best..buy crushed or puréed San Marizano tomatoes and add salt to taste. A dash of Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper and finely ground black pepper. Boom 💥

Whole San Marzano tomatoes, drain for a bit in a strainer, crush with hands and add a little fresh garlic and sea salt.Yours sound delicious as well. Use real San Marzano tomatoes, and DO NOT cook this sauce!
