For me, I had an outstanding April. Not huge fish but a lot of them 2-4 pounds. Pretty much 2 or 3 that size every outing, and when one is laid off and fishing 4 to 5 days a week, that adds up to a lot of decent fish.

The largemouth have treated me poorly since my 4-10 on Feb. 6th. I have a few but are hard to find in this cold water.

 I have some pics :)

 Feb. 6th, 4lb 10oz.

April 7, 3lb 5 oz

April 10th, 2lb 8oz

April 10, 4lb 14oz

April 20, 2lb 10oz

April 24, 3lb 10oz

April 29, 2lb 10oz

April 29, 2lb 5oz

April 29, 3lb 8oz

April 29, 2lb 8oz (crappy pic, background too light)

April 30, 3lb 1oz

May 1, My wife

May 1, my wife again, 3lb 8 oz.

May 17, today, 3lb 14oz

:jacked: :jacked: :jacked:  Sorry, I fish for the fun of it. I take pictures and return the fish back to the water. All I get out of it is the thrill and some photo's so this was kind of fun for me. :jacked:

Nice pics all.

This has been the busiest spring for me and it's killing me.. new job this year - went from 3 days/week on the water to 1 every 2 weeks. But for my good buddy I'd say his year has been a dream come true. That's him in the background to the left. I'd say that's decent company to be keeping this year.

Are you fishing the American, Spanaway, Gravelly or Steilacoom Lake, or something else?  I used to fish the American when I was a kid, lots of good perch, etc. out there.

I wanna borrow bwhntr's scale!  :yike:

You can have it if you want it. I check it about every month or so on 2.5, 5, 8 and 10 pound weights. The only weight it messes up on a little is it reads the ten pounders as 10 pounds 3 ounces. Then again, maybe that's what they actually weigh.
