Another wolf sighting reported to me. It was seen at Matson Creek right on the Columbia river, near Boyds Washington last weekend.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

Pretty funny considering the herd is growing in leaps and bounds.

From what I've seen personally, and from all the guys telling us how great the 4 pt rule has been working bringing the herd back.

Let me tell you from someone who actually lives on this side of the state and spends a fair amount of time in the woods over here year round. The herd IS NOT growing by leaps and bounds.

I certainly wouldn't say leaps and bounds.  it was meant as a joke anyway.

North Bend on I90 at MP41.  A big black wolf standing by the road today.
And I think God must be a cowboy at heart
He made wide open spaces from the start
He made grass and trees and mountains and a horse to be a friend
And trails to lead ol' cowboys home again

Anybody got wolves on trail cams in the Yakima units?

With all the trail cams, wolves would get photo'd if they are there, wouldn't they?

(I'm not picking a wolf fight;   I wish the season was 24/7/365.     I just think they'd show up on cams.)
