It was me looking for this thread!  Found this poacher in my honey hole which is pretty far off the beaten path.  Looks like he is carrying some sort of "bait".  It is on public land but pursuant to RCW 1483 article 4, section A I can claim any area within 500 yards of my camera.

Shadows are messing with me, is that an Enfield? the front sight looks different. looks similar to the Yugo mauser except the slings didn't pass through the stock like that, they had a sling mount...
