« on: October 05, 2011, 01:35:47 PM »
My family got drawn for unit 62 third season rifle in Colorado. Wondering if anyone on here has hunted it before and has any advice.

Thanks!

I know its the most heavily hunted unit in colorado.  But it produces a lot of 160-180 bucks and there is a ton of public land.  And I would be picking up an elk tag if I had a buck tag.

And it has huge populations of both deer and elk.

No I haven't.  But when I first started building up points it was a unit that I did a lot of research on.
