i believe the vast majority of people claiming to be disabled, and collecting disability are thieves in my opinion. anyone truely handicapped would probably agree with me. i'm so sick of the abuse and fraud being perpetrated by these lazy slobs with not a gram of respect or pride. i have to work with the inner city culture, and these days when i leave that, to get away, i find i'm simply surrounded by a bunch of white trash working the system. i think the crack pipe is a good name for that spot. or it should be meth pipe maybe. just a lil vent,,,,sorry.

There is lots of fraud on the state.  When we were down there I noticed one with a no leg, one that was wheel chair bound, seemed totally legit to me.

There was a person with a walking boot and one of those scooters.  I will leave that one alone because that would make me judge and jury.

Coyotewallace. Thats a great letter.I agree with you 100%. I cansee the wheel chair confined people getting pushed out of there.

I know of a few of the guys that are in good enough shape to climb down over the rocks and fish the deadline at barrier for hours on end.Every day. They just kill the fish there. But apparently their greed isnt satisfied. Now they are at the ADA wheelchair ramp at Blue creek.Wish like hell they would go back to the requirement that you have to be confined to a wheelchair to fish there. The whole deal pisses me off.

Well coyote wallace sounds like you have had good use of the spot and don;t want any competion so for sure don;t want you spying on me. Y ou piss me off all I asked was if a person with a hunting permit had to do to be intitled to a fishing permit. Did;nt want any of your opinions about what you thought shouild be done with your spot sorry your in a wheelchair my friend just got a clockum tag for a serious reason but it;s wrong for him to fish because he can stand. Sorry I asked I will tell him to forget it that you have it all locked up. He was;nt going there anyway he just wondered what the requirments for a disability fishing permit. Good fishing.

I asked a question and all someone had to say was that it was for people that were confined to a wheel chair and that would have answered my question. Did;nt need the part about trying to rip off the system I have never been there and don;t intend to go just asked a question don;t know about the crack pipe or want to see it and am happy people with real disabilities have a place to fish.

And what did I say? "they opened that up now...it's not just wheelchair only anymore "
I never took what you said as you or your buddy were trying to rip off something.
And weather I ever fish there or not again...yes I would have like the state to keep it permanently confined to a wheelchair ONLY! It was the only place in the whole state setup that way. 1 place out of the whole state, that to much to ask? And if I had it locked up it would still be that way
Spying on you?.....hey I don't worry about being spyed on. Do the right thing. It's way less stressful

My bro fishes down there.  He has no left leg.   He could wade out a little but is worried he would fall and no one would help him...

do you know how tough it is to get a guy in a chair close to the river? Or better yet in and out of a boat? One FN place in the whole NW…
