First trip for Sturgeon !!
« on: February 27, 2012, 11:01:46 AM »
I have been fishing for them several times thanks to Cohoho but this time he was pre occupied so I decided to venture out on my own, I have a couple special needs friends from Wisconsin that had never caught a sturgeon before so I de-winterized my boat and made the long drive to Kalama on Sunday to go through the motions at least thinking I didn't have the luck to actually catch anything but I was wrong !!!

Pics tell the rest of the story !!!

Priceless !!

Thanks Mike !!

Thats awesome, good for you.....
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...

That is some thing they will tell their friends and family about for a long time! It is a great thing you have done and their smiles show their gratitude! They are so very happy and appreciative of just the act of taking them out whether they catch fish or not but to have them catch fish makes it that much more special for them! A big  to you I am sure you made their trip!

Wish I could have made it, they looked like they had a blast for sure. Excellent job on your part taking them out and connecting with a Keeper, too bad it was Sunday or they would have been smiling more as they tasted those yummy and delicious beasts...   Now that your running, does this mean I got to find a new Sturgeon partner???   :chuckle:

You did an amazing thing. I am a resident care manager at a home for DD adults. The smiles on face tell the story. I take my guys out fishing several times a yr. Even had one in my turkey blind last year (We didn't get one, but to ask him you think we got world record)  :chuckle:. So many people don't take time to give like you did and god will bless you for your gift. One behalf of special need adults everywhere THANKS
Now therefore, please take your weapons, your quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field and hunt game for me

I may not have alot but what I have I got honest.....

Is it me, or are people getting dumber
