Special Permit Results
« on: May 22, 2012, 09:32:15 AM »
Does anyone know about when the results of the drawings will be out? Usually its not until mid summer, but the multi-season results were out in a day or two this year, and I can't find anything in the regs giving a time frame. I was just curious if they implemented a new system that doesn't take a couple months.

Somewhere between the 10th and the 20th of june is when it has been out the last couple year.  I think it will probably be out about the same time this year unless they have a bunch of glitches with the system.

Results of the special-permit drawing will be available online by the end of June at https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov/wa/specialhuntlookup. Winners will be notified by mail by mid-July.

Last year the front door was only a couple hours behind the back door, and that was on June 14th.

I'll let you guys in on a little secret. Here, click this link:  http://hunting-washington.com/smf/index.php?action=search

Then type in "results" and set the search to "most recent topics first" and search in "topic subjects only."

I definitely don't store all this stuff in my brain, and I don't own any post it notes.   :chuckle:

The results show on the page that you enter your permits on before the results are posted on the results page. So technically it is not a back door just another way to see them.

Yeah, from the last day of turkey season, to the day the results come out are the worst.  No one on here has anything to talk about, EVERYONE thinks they are a practical joker (how many fake BACKDOOR RESULTS ARE UP!!! threads were there last year), no one has a sense of humor about it, and everyone gets irritable...

It's great... :chuckle:

The bad part is that there this many men chatting about "back door results" and none of them have been to the doctor lately.  :yike:
