This is the other interesting part.   What ever this ear belongs to, almost knocked my camera off the mount.

After the Mystery ear knocked my camera askew I got this pic of mom and baby, I wonder if it's the same deer as in my first picture of the thread?

No,  we weren't in the area that day, although the black dogs name is bear.  It could have been a young black bear with pointy ears,  just too bad that is the only pic I got of "mystery animal"
