Anyone know what happened with the Bill that would allow indians to kill sea lions?  And when will they start dropping them?

Cormorants should be first to go and I don't even think cormorants are native. I always shake my head when I see a couple hundred feasting on trapped salmon smolts in these man made estuaries.
