Steelhead- Toutle

Anybody run into any steelhead on the Toutle yet? Been going hard for two weeks and my buddy is the only one that has seen 1 fish.

PM works if people are trying to keep it quiet. Not trying to take any spots just want to know if anyone has seen anything yet.

By no means should you take this as a report as this is my first month river fishing period. Although my buddy is legit and didn't see any. I was thinking about giving it a week myself but I know that won't happen haha

Yup ya never know! I just got hooked on winter steelhead this year. Going to try and get in to the summer steelheading.

The little bit of rain today and chance of rain over the next few days may bring some fish up.

Well that little bit of news has me ready to get back out there in a few haha. I went up to blue creek this morning and was shocked by the number of people up there at 5 am.

We used to catch a lot of fish at the mouth of the toutle. Just sit there and pull pugs in the slot or twitch jigs for coho.
