Question regarding Leopold

I would like to purchase a scope for my rifle and keep the cost around 1200. I just purchased a Tikka 30-06 and thinking of purchasing a Leopold 3x15 44 fire dot. Is this a good around scope for hunting and price?

I would buy a Leupold VX5 for that price. Great scope! Highly recommend. I have a VX6 and VX6HD. But the VX5 are great too.

i have that exact scope on my kimber 30-06. great scope very happy with it. cds has proven to be accurate out to 600.

I have three Firedots, love them. Very good scopes for the money.

I would buy a Leupold VX5 for that price. Great scope! Highly recommend. I have a VX6 and VX6HD. But the VX5 are great too.

IMO Leupolds are always a great option/choice.  I have several VX3’s and a VX5 and all are well worth the money.   Good luck with your decision.

Went with VX-5, 3-15 for road gun.  Good value.   Have VX6 7-42 and Mark V 7-35.  Both good.
