Thanks for all of the advice everyone. From what it sounds like everyone is happy with the purchases they've made and haven't had an issues. Right now I'm leaning towards the LEM, positive reviews here, my experiences with LEM equipment, and the fact Costco has it for a reasonable price.https://www.costco.com/maxvac-pro-chamber-vacuum-sealer.product.4000276563.html
