Winchester 1300 value?
« on: January 09, 2011, 04:38:56 PM »
I have owned this shotgun for  5 or so years now and have only put around 100 shells through it  so I am thinking of selling to fund a scope for my AR-15, or trade for good scope. It is in close to new condition and I am trying to find a value to sell it at. I have gone on Guns America and Auction Arms to get an idea but it seems the prices are all over the board. Does anyone know about these and what would be a good starting price?  Here is the specs.   Winchester model 1300 speed pump 12 ga. 28 inch barrel takes 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells.  It takes the winchoke chokes and I have 3 chokes for it.  Thanks guys. Tony

The Win 1300 is roughly in the same class as the Rem 870 and Moss 500... a good utility pump gun.  I've seen 870s for around $300.00 brand new and 500s for even less.  I would expect $200-$250 in today's economy... unless you get lucky.  Good luck.
