September Photo of the Month Contest

The September Photo of the month Contest theme is Archery/Bow Hunting.


The Photo of the month Rules are:
1. Photos must be No Larger than 800 X 600 or 600 X 800 depending on Orientation.
2. Photos must be taken by the entrant
3. No Photo Manipulation is allowed except for Normal Editing, cropping, sharpening etc. Please do not enter HDR   photos because they will be disqualified!
4. Photo Must Pertain to the Current Months Theme.
5. Photo Must be taken within the last calendar year.
6. Only One Entry per month. So make sure your entry is the one you want! The First Photo you enter Will be Considered your entry!
7. Winner of this month's contest is not eligible for the next month's contest
8. Photos entered in previous months contests are not eligible for any other months contests.
9. Washington state photo subjects will be given preferences in case of a tie for judging.
10. Winning Photos will be posted on the Front Page
11. Monthly Photo Winners will be automatically entered into the Photo of the Year contest
12.  Moderators May Enter any Contest because the Members of this site Will Pick the Winner!
13 Entry Deadline is Midnight of The Last Day of the Month!

14. The Winner of the contest shall be responsible to email Bearpaw your shipping information and shirt size to receive your prize!

this is my step dads bull from Wy last year MtnMuley and I called him in to 45 yds my step dad stuck him he ran about 100 yds when he fell over it pushed the arrow the rest of the way through him the area we were hunting we were after a 340+ bull but when you call in a a 315 with a 15" drop well its game over  :chuckle:

I know it's not a buck but it was my first year bow hunting so I was pretty excited about it.

That pic with the elk is cool. Took me a moment to notice the arrow sticking out. Also, Lybeck....great pick and nice deer.

September 1st, 8:30 am. My new son-in-law with his first archery kill ever. He was brought up to rifle hunt but I turned him to the dark side early this year. LOL It was a one shot kill that put it down in 12 yards.
