The end of next week. Maybe. The draft regs have been out for months and are probably extremely close to the final.

Its been April 15th give or take a few days for the last few years.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

http://wdfw.wa.gov/hunting/regulations/important_hunting_dates.html

Read the 4th and 5th lines down. Mid April the regs will be online, late April the printed copies will be available.
