Deadliest catch skipper loses
« on: July 01, 2010, 06:23:56 PM »
Last week the deadliest catch skipper Sig Hansen was fishing on the charter boat the fury with skipper Mike Harris in westport. He caught a nice salmon and when they got to the dock people were there to see him and take pictures and wanted him to hold up his salmon. When he held it up people hollered hold it out and he was holding it out over the stern of the boat and a sea lion came out of the water and snatched it right out of his hands. He leaned over the back of the boat and pretended to give the sea lion a talking to. There are pictures in the paper here with him showing off his fish just before it was lost. There are some big sea lions in the marina and people are feeding them.

I'm sure he gets his vengeance at sea.  They all seem to carry some guns.
