Used hiking packs and boots in Tacoma area

My little nieces are going to do there first hike into some lake in the packwood are in a few weeks. The family is in the process of looking for used packs, or boots maybe sleeping bags for a couple little ladies. Around 10 to 12 years old. is there a store that sells used stuff. But good quality?

since they have a few weeks, I would look on ebay.  I have had really good luck with used packs, but used boots just not the best idea for me.
