Is there a difference between the gov. tag and the hunters incentive tag?  My buddy has the incentive tag this year.

There are fewer haters when you have the incentive tag.

He is just lookin for a good bull and does not have a ton of time but has ten days off at the end of sept. and all weekends. Should be a fun tag.

Actually yes, very down to earth and humble.

The gov tag for east, raffle tag for east, not sure about the incentive but think it is the same . all tags are good from sept. 1 to dec 31 any eastside gmu that is open to elk hunting.. So he cant basically hunt everywhere except hanford and the reservations if I am not wrong for 4 months..

I dont dont think he can go into watershed until its open for everyone. Cause bow muzzle and rifle all hunt in there during modern firearm. Why would govnor be different?

That could be I am not clear on that one . But it does state any gmu that is open to elk. I guess I would need to call for a interpetation on that one.

It states in the regulations on page 83 all gmus except 157 for the raffle tag and I assume the auction tag is the same.
