Restocking the freezer!
« on: July 03, 2012, 11:06:05 AM »
The last 2 days I've been a smokin, sliceing, packing fool. Then later I'll be pullin an packing shoulder.
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.

blacklab, it's bad enough that you had to post pictures of your BBB before cutting and after cutting...............but to add a picture of said bacon in the frying pan, well let's just say that's teasing at it's best.  Damn that looks good. :EAT: :EAT:  Good job........John

Looks great! I'm gonna have to give that a try.  I've spent the past 2 weekends smoking up puled pork (6 shoulders) and vacuum packing them for a party on Saturday.  Right at 60 pounds of pulled pork.

My stocks have dropped way off as well. I need to make some time to do some smoking. Hard to do this time of year with the farm in full swing.
