Bear at angels of the wind exit today!
« on: June 28, 2012, 06:42:29 PM »
Did anyone else see the bear at the angels of the wind casino exit today? Me and a guy I work with were driving by there today at around 9:30am and sure as $hit there he was about 50 yards south of the big angels of the wind sign along side I-5. He stood up and was trying to snap the tops out of a bush it looked like. He was pretty dam big to I would guess 300 at least. I know they are around there just never seen them until today. Pretty cool!

I have been driving 45 minutes to hunt bear when I can drive five, and get a drink at the casino  :yike: I know where I am hunting this year  :chuckle:

No joke. pilchuck tree farm has a pretty decent amount of unharassed game throughout.

Maybe the game department should do a raffle for hunting access in the tree farm :chuckle:. It would be another way to make money for them!

Went by the exit today at about 10:30 or so and the game department was up there sitting in a truck. I wonder if they monitor this site?  :chuckle:

Someone half crocked probably walked out and came face to face with the bear and pissed themselves! :yike:

My bet is they've probably had multiple reports of the sighting.
