WDFW season setting survey for the 2009-2011 seasons, one of the questions they ask is how they can improve bull escapement in the colockum herd. The options are changing the legal bull description for general tag holders to 1x1 bulls only, closing more roads, or switching to permit only for all elk including spikes. funny dont see the option that says make the damn indians stop shooting all the mature bulls musta just missed it
