Not sure on the split this year, but most is all IEP ground. You will want to get the permit as it is gated. I have not been there in a couple years.

Even in the new "north" unit? I basically need to stay north of Blanchard creek. Looks like all of IEP "gate host" entry points are to the south?

 :yeah:  had the tag in 2003 it is easy to fill.  Find the clear cuts scouting and hunt those in the morning and evening and just drive the roads during the day.  U will see them every day, hardest part for me was finding a cow.  Since the boundaries have changed not sure the differences but I hunted the Thompson Creek Watershed area.

They have been checking and issuing citations if you don't have a pass. I'll be scouting south for cow moose with my youngster. Been checked the last 3 trips
