The last 2 days I've been a smokin, sliceing, packing fool. Then later I'll be pullin an packing shoulder.

blacklab, it's bad enough that you had to post pictures of your BBB before cutting and after cutting...............but to add a picture of said bacon in the frying pan, well let's just say that's teasing at it's best. Damn that looks good.

Looks great! I'm gonna have to give that a try. I've spent the past 2 weekends smoking up puled pork (6 shoulders) and vacuum packing them for a party on Saturday. Right at 60 pounds of pulled pork.
