Bone, I love those buck pictures.  I'm a helpless muley addict anyway.  Thanks for those.

I was filming two other bucks that both had does.  He was this guys subordinate last year.   I was trying to get some calender shots of him, film him tear up a bush etc.  Then all of a sudden another bush starts getting pounded.  I switched to video and sure enough, who pops his head up.   Guess who is subordinate now?   or again.......   This guy takes over all the does.   The subordinate didn't even contest much.  Just wandered away rejected.    Then ole gramps spots another dominant buck and his dozen does.  Off he goes after checking these gals.   Guess who gets run off.   I thought for sure I was going to see, capture a buck fight.   I was running low on ammo...(memory card) and was shooting shooting shooting......   No fight, though this guy didn't just give up.   They circled and circled each other.

Maybe that worked....sorry, video is not my format.     He, like almost every other buck I have seen seems smaller this year.   Both of the other bucks were bigger but not by attitude.

I'll try to get some stills up.  The best will no doubt be reserved for the calender.  Hes not that big, but I love him.  Unless of course I find 12 bigger. :)
