early season archery clothing pants and shirt

i was looking for some recommendations on early season archery clothing. i have some predator camo i usually use just looking for something is a little cooler to wear in the hot weather.

One thing to keep in mind is that even in september it can be f-ing cold til the sun hits you in the morning.

I usually use synthetic materials that have good wicking ability. Lots of my early season clothes are made from polyester.

Elk hunting on the eastside can get chilly in the mornings.   I normal have a fleece vest i can wear takes the edge off while sitting in the treestand.

cabelas hunt tech 6 pocket pants are so nice for early season, I was hunting in Sep last year in low country in the low 80's and my legs stayed cool the whole time, and in the mornings when it was chilly they seemed to keep the wind of me enough to keep me warm, I LOVE THESE PANTS, and will not buy another style of hunting pants

I've been looking at early season clothing as well, and was wondering who out there has experience with FirstLite and Kryptek.  Looking for pros / cons, likes and dislikes.  Thanks in advance.

I'm a big fan of core4, it's the same quality as Sitka but at half the price. You can find it on camofire.com

If you are backpack hunting then merino wool base layers would be what I suggest.  It is going to be amazing at most temp levels and it is great at keeping stink at a minimum.  If you are hunting out of a base camp and several changes of clothes available then synthetics work very well.

Kuiu and FirstLite both have great base layers.

The Predator clothes are kind of heavy fabric.

You could look for some of the lighter weight BDUs.  Multicam is great stuff. 

Part of it also depends on if you're backpack hunting or hunting from the truck.  If you're backpack hunting I wouldn't go with BDUs, I'd take something like Sitka Mountain Pants or Ascent pants.

Mictrotex lite is good stuff if it fits you.  The cut on the pants doesn't fit me at all.  Wholesale Sports has some stuff that I can't remember the name of that a buddy of mine really likes.

me as well plateau, i still have some BDU's from when i was in the infantry, i even still got the old green and black jungle boots that are perfectly broke in, it has to be pretty bad out before i dont where that stuff, even if i get soaked by the time i get home it all dry and ready for the next day
