So im scoreing a 2010 destroyer 350 black ops and was wondering what arrow rest you guys use. Im thinking makeing the switch from qad to rip cord. Also would ya guys run a 340 or 400 spine set up at 60lbs? Was thinking maybe hunting with it this year but would need to have some time to get used too it.

Qad would be my vote. With a bow that fast I would say 340's at 60lbs for sure.

Can't pre-load a Code Red.  QAD you can.  My vote goes to QAD...but you should check out limbdriver pro v.

I'd say QAD way before rip cord.  As far as arrows wh. at's your draw length?  I think the 340 would be better for hunting.

Get a limb driver or limb driver pro v. They work flawlessly and no need to mess with your cables. Easily repairable out in the field while hunting if something happened to the bcy attached to your limb vs a standard drop away that attaches to a cable.

Alright ill check out them rests and do a quick review search on them. Cant remember my draw length but i know i got a 28" arrow. So roughly 27 or so.

Some of the faster bows have been catching the quads. There is a few guys on here running the new revolution arrow rest by trophy ridge. Super fast tuning and super quick. A lot of people have been switching to them. I am running one on my anarchy this year. For sure a rest to check out

It's been great, I have a couple thousand arrows down range with it and it has worked very well. I didn't know if I would like it at first but man it has been great. There is more then a few shops starting to carry them and some great shooters are switching to them as well. I have run the qud on some of my bows and my old bow with longer fletchings jacked up would catch the quad. I know a lot of other guys that had this problem. I shoot 4 2" vanes set on 90deg's, If I can clear a rest I know 99% of all others will be able to as well. That sucker snaps out of the way quick!!!! Cock it and forget about it as well. No way the arrow can come off when knocked on loaded.

Ive been shooting Ripcords for several years......just set up another one, Code Red.....even better.

My brand new Destroyer 350 Exploded and layed my wrist open the day before the opener last this year!! It was awesome Went back to Hoyt!

The QAD's timing can be adjusted, so if your fletchings are hitting the rest it hasn't been timed correctly.  You can't just slap it on your bow and go shoot.  Same thing can happen with the Ripcord.  The revolution is plastic and I have heard that after around 1000 shots the arm will wear out and break.  Limbdriver pro v doesn't need adjustment, stays on your arrow longer through the shot, won't pull your cams out of timing like cord driven rests will, and it still has full containment.  I am hearing good things about the new Trophy Taker smackdown pro, but it is pretty hard to get ahold of right now due to backorders. Of the rests I have tried and the feedback I have received, the Limbdriver not only shot the best, but it took the least amount of tuning or adjustment of any of the other rests I have tried.  For the record, I also shoot a Destroyer 350...

I have owned 4 Destroyers and never had a problem.  From what I hear, the 2010 model was somewhat easy to derail from user induced torque, especially when letting the bow down.  2011 has deeper cam grooves, and it has significantly reduced/eliminated derail problems.  The hardcore limbs have made limb failures pretty much non-existent....

Ya i got the 2010 first owner had it for two months then went to the invasion and the guy i purchased from i knew from 3d shoots and he only shot it a hand ful of times just he likes to get a new bow every couple years. But thanks for all your guys input!
