You can pull the siding and replace the wood but on an older camper this may turn into a big job. Another solution is to remove the jack and inject fiberglass resin to saturate the entire area around the jack attachment point. Once this cures you can attach the jack again.
Strip it down for the recycle,, and get you a new one, or a good used one.. I have done the corner repair job, and it will work for a while.. Not worth it in my book..Hunterman(Tony)

Once this cures you can attach the jack again.in my opinion thats sounds like a terrible idea! i would find out where the leak is and fix it so it doesnt rot anymore, then find a way to fix the floor. if you just go start pumping resin in there its gonna spread the rot to other places since the water cant go there anymore.
